Body nV is personal training at its best! Let me teach you how to lose weight, tone your body, and eat healthy.  I believe in lasting results, not fad diets.  It won't be easy, but the new, improved, healthier YOU will be worth it! It is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Your BODY will be the nV of all who know you.

               PERSONAL TRAINING
 
 If you want the attention of a trainer who will teach you proper exercise form, if you need an extra push and want to be held accountable for your efforts, whether you want to lose weight or gain muscle, or maybe you want one-on-one attention and desire a specialized fitness program design just for you, then personal training is for you.
              GROUP TRAINING

 

 

Group training is a great option if you like the idea of having a personal trainer but also enjoy the company of others in a group setting to motivate and encourage you along. Groups are no larger than 5 clients in one small group.

I am confident in my service and will provide a free demo class to show you what I can do. Our recommendation is a minimum of 5 employees, up to 12 employees, at your facility 1 – 5 times a week.
